材料:红杉鱼2条(约500克),五柳150克,喼汁、泰式甜辣酱适量,瓶装酸甜汁200毫升,糖、醋、花生油各适量。
做法:把酸甜汁煮开,加入泰式甜辣酱、喼汁、糖、醋和少许水后,加入五柳搅拌均匀备用;将原条红杉鱼处理好后洗净,用少许盐抹一遍鱼身,腌制片刻后用生粉涂匀备用。起锅下油,将鱼放入油锅,炸至外表呈金黄色时捞出入盘,淋上煮开后的汁酱即可。
